Guest Pass
The Guest Pass provides you with unlimited access to public transportation throughout South Tyrol. Additionally, the card includes a diverse weekly program and attractive discounts.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning, as well as bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels, are included in the price.
Local Tax
A local tax of €2.40 per person per night is charged for individuals aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid on site.
Minimum Stay
- The listed prices apply to a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- For short stays of less than 3 nights, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge.
Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of €200.00 per holiday apartment and week to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 14:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 9:30. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the apartments.
Payment Options
We accept payments in cash up to a maximum amount of €4,999.99 (according to Italian law), as well as by bank transfer in advance.
Parking
Ample outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the farm; garage parking is available upon request and subject to availability.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement (additional charge: €10.00 per day).
Non-Smoking Apartments
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony, terrace, and in the garden area.
- Free outdoor parking spaces available directly at the farm; garage spaces on request and subject to availability.
- Sun terrace with deck chairs available for guests.
- Barbecue facilities including accessories (on request).
- Free use of the farm's own herb garden.
- Children's playground with slide, swings, table football and table tennis.
- Stable visits and guided tours available upon request.
- Animals on the farm: cows, chickens, cats, rabbits, and dwarf goats.
- Children can help collect eggs.
- On arrival, you receive a small sample of our farm products.
- Once a week, we treat you to a homemade pastry or freshly baked cake.
- On request, you can also purchase additional farm products directly from us, such as fresh hay milk, eggs, syrups, fruit spreads (e.g., strawberry, blueberry, cranberry, apricot, plum), and honey.
- Washing machine available on request.
- Bed linen and towels provided (additional supplies available on request).
- Wi-Fi is available throughout.
- Books, brochures, and magazines are provided in the apartments.
- Selection of board games and playing cards available.
