Getting here

From Munich take the autobahn towards Kufstein/Innsbruck, then from Innsbruck take the Brenner Autobahn to the Brixen Pustertal exit. Follow the main road towards Bruneck then, on the western outskirts of the city, take the bypass then turn off for Sand in Taufers / Ahrntal. The road brings you in 15 minutes to Mühlen in Taufers, where you turn off left for Mühlwald after another 15 minutes.

In Mühlwald head for the church then take the road up another 2 km to the Hopfgartnerhof.
